- I won’t drink/weed/drug and drive and follow RTO rules.
- The documents mentioned below need to be verified, in original, for each rider.
Document 1 – Driving License
Document 2 – Passport, Election Card, Aadhaar Card. (Any one of the above).
- As Per Branch's flexible we provide safety precautions like helmets and medical kits in bikes, otherwise come with helmet for bike booking.
- Customers need pay security deposit. they don't have driving licence and aadhar card originals or Out of State or City customer need to pay security deposit. it will be decide by branch manager ,security deposit amount paid company proivred account or scanner only don't pay satff pesonal number, if pay we are not responsibility that security deposit amount.
- Don't pay any amount/payment to any of the staff members
If paid, the company will not take any responsibility regarding the payment

- If you don't get your refund immediately Please don't get panic it will be take few hours
If their any thing happended or issue on your ride refund it will take 15 working days(Removed saturday And sunday non working days) otherwise everything will be clear in 48 hours.

- If any legal issue arises with bike ride, you're not able to get refund amount. If we need your presence regarding legal issue of the bike, u need to come to office within time and should close the process, everything clear get refund on spot.
- You may pay for some duration and you don't need our services because of your issues and works
In this type of issues the refund will be take some more time so please do remember this and take your decision
- If you any issue raised regarding the rent vehicle on pickup time to within hour as we are responsible to that vehicle. later anything will be happen that the rent vehicle responsibility rented person.
- Customers need to follow the timings of the office 8am to 8 pm before or after also we handover vehicles but further processing will be continued next working day.
- As Per Branch's flexible we need return customers refund security deposit online(Ex:PhonePe or Gpay) or offline (Cash) .
- I agreed the price which you mentioned above and agreed to pay it accordingly without any further discussion at the end of the trip.
- I will be the temporary owner of the vehicle during my ride and will pay all the damage, accident, theft, penalty cost to QUICKONBIKE as you said.
- I won’t allow any other person to drive the vehicle if somebody else drives the vehicle; I will be responsible for any wrong happenings and will bear the expanses as you said.
- I will return the vehicle on/before the schedule end trip. If I want to extend bike I will inform you before 12 Hours.If bike is available it’s normal charges or else it’s 1.5 times of total charge. If I delay I will pay delay charges as mentioned above along with normal charges and fine Rs.5000.
- I will not use the vehicle for racing or any illegal purpose and won’t cross speed limit. If I cross speed limit I will pay fine as you mentioned above.
- In case caught by police, I will pay all the charges and fine levied on me.
- In case of theft/accident I will inform QUICKONBIKE within 3 hours of such event.
- I won’t take the vehicle outside the state boundaries without informing QUICKONBIKE.
- I agreed that QUICKONBIKE shall not be liable in whatever manner in case of accident, theft forgery, any other crime, event resulting in damage to human life, property.
- I will park the vehicle at the permitted places.
- If there is any challan levied on me during my trip duration, as informed by QUICKONBIKE with a proof I will pay the challan amount.
- I will thoroughly check the vehicle condition before starting the ride and will mention any damages I found I will mention at the end of the agreement. Anything after the start of the trip will be my responsibility.
- Regardless of insurance coverage, I shall fully compensate the owner for any loss or damage of vehicle/helmet. The vehicle must be returned to the QUICKONBIKE office location and on or the above indicated due date & time there will be additional fees due if the vehicle is not returned as specified date & time.
- If you don't bring the driving licence, we didn't give the bike and cancellation not allowed.
- The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition.
- The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
- The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
- The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the Renter above mentioned without the written permission of the Owner. If Renter allows any other driver under the age of 18 years old to drive the rented vehicle, the Renter will be fully responsible for all expenses relating to the rental vehicle and any other Vehicle involve in any type of accident.
- Regardless of insurance coverage, renter shall fully compensate the owner for any loss or damage of vehicle/helmet. The vehicle must be returned to the same location in which it was picked up for rental and on or the above indicated due date & time there will be additional fees due if the vehicle is not returned as specified date & time.
- Customer have to pay bike downtime charges.
- I will fill the petrol according to my travel and once Handover the vechile I don’t ask petrol reimburse.
- If you Repair our bikes without information fine will be collecct above Rs.5000/- .
- In case of minor damages to the helmet, the customer is liable to pay fine as per vendor
- If anything happened on rented bike in your ride time or booking time (Like: Repairs and technical issues or customer side issues any Legal Issues or sudden booking cancelations or Broken monthly pakage of middle of ride bookings cancel or cancellations rules of bookings Its Taken time almost 90 working Days time And 40% or more of Amount cutting for booking Total amount ).Note:Montly Bookings vechiles or onspot booking vechiles or middle of ride vechiles cancelled don't get booking amount refund.
- If customer doesn't come to the exact time they mentioned the bookings will be closed and they won't get any refund,If the customer intimate the representatives it will be consider.
- Unfortunately, if booking vehicle is not available due to unexpected damage or any other reason we will provide alternate vehicle. If no vehicle is available we will refund your money

When your inform, late hour charges are diffrent for each bike (Please inform before 2hrs of return date & time).

- If booking is cancelled by QUICKONBIKE for any reason, customer can get full refund.
- Postponement / preponement of the booking is not allowed.
- Customer can not allow more than 2 persons per bike. If allow customers pay RTO traffic challan and similary pay our Chargers Rs. 5000 as fine.
- Customer will return the bike @ our office address and will spend minimum 30 minutes time for bike condition checking and Aggrement closing process.
- Customer has to pay 500/- for each minor scratch and 1000/- for each major scratch.
- If any damage for rented bike customer will pay 1.5 times of the total damage cost on the spot.
